Overview

The membership in the Chain O'Lakes Association is restricted to lakeshore property owners on Lakes Marie, Louisa and Caroline on the Clearwater River Chain of Lakes in South Haven MN.  Data collected about members is intended only to facilitate the activities of the association in accomplishing it's mission.

Collection, use and disclosure of personal information

Data collected includes Name, Lake Address, Mailing Address, Phone Number, e-Mail, Avatar and the region on the lakes where the property is located.  The data is collected for the purpose of verifying membership eligibility and communicating with members in various ways as needed. The Directory information on this website is only available to active members.  Each member can choose what data is displayed in the Directory by logging into the website and clicking on their name at the top of the screen and then clicking  Privacy followed by clicking Edit Profile. 

Giving consent for others

We assume the person  responsible for entering data of other members in a Family Membership also known as a "Bundle Coordinator",  does so with the express consent of the "Bundle Member".  Bundle Members should not be minor children.

Third-parties applications

Chain O'Lakes Association does not sell or share your information with any third parties.  Wild Apricot is the provider that hosts the Chain O'Lakes website.  Our data is stored securely on their servers.  Wild Apricot does not sell or share our data with any third parties.
